I also wouldn't say "to actually become relevant once again" because Krishna consciousness is always very much relevant. one simply needs to know how to present it. Iskcon, which essentially means Krishna consciousness movement, has been relevant in the eyes of the world in the past and is relavant at present, and that's why many people have joined it in the past and still more peole are taking to it seriously. some points for consideration: Iskcon has to offer much more to the society than just varnasrama dharma although varnasrama dharma is certainly one of the most important things Iskcon has to offer. Srila Prabhupada wanted to offer to the world what was the most important and most urgent, not what was in demand and liked by people of those days. reestablishing real varnasrama (i.e. daiva varnasrama) dharma is a gradual process and we can't expect to set a date to start with. people are already following varnasrama dharma in the society to different degrees in different countries. Iskcon needs to recognise them and help them refine it, and where it's not present, introduce it systematically, by showing our own example.
