Guest guest
> acalo 'yam > Please can someone kindly explain, what means that SOUL is IMMOVABLE. > (ref Bg 2.24) Prabhupada wonderfully explains the point. By Prabhupada's mercy, I would like to present another explanation: Acala: Means the soul is unshakable or immovable from the soul's original spiritual nature which is sat-cid-ananda and that of being an eternal servant of Lord Krishna. Even though the soul becomes encased in a material body, the material conditioning cannot shake, corrode or strip the soul of it's orginal spiritual nature which is an integral part of the soul. Although the embodied soul is entangled in trying to become the enjoyer, still this is only illusion because internally the soul can never be moved from the soul's dormant eternal original constituional nature of giving enjoyment to Krishna. Dasanudaso'smi, Tridandi Bhikshu Bhaktiratna Sadhu.
