Now the minutes are posted both in Documents and in Free Forum, both as a text and an attached file. Both conferences are public and can be freely accessed by all users. The number of the text with the minutes is 4107890. The name of the attached file is minutes2.zip. Please kindly excuse me for the oversight and delay of the minutes.
