Arrgh! Windows fatal exception error!

Dear prabhus,

 

I am running Vedabase version 4.11f. The vedabase starts just fine, but when I

try to open an additional shadow file, such as the supplemental one, I get the

dreaded blue Windows fatal exception screen. Here's the error message:

 

"A fatal exception has occurred at 0177:BFF9DBA7. The current application will

be terminated."

 

It also says to either press a key to terminate the current application or

press ctl-alt-delete, etc.

 

Can anyone help me out?

BTW, I tried reinstalling the Vedabase. It didn't help.
