Guest guest
I recall having the same problem, along with the 'kernel error' message. It was really frustrating. I got around it by making a shadow file (to hard drive) but with a new file name. I then made shadow files of the other info files (other, supplementary) giving them new file names. Now everything works fine. My computer is virus-free.
