I need to be told what my key for opening Folio is. Almost three years ago Svavasa Prabhu arranged to purchase a copy of Folio for me (when I was in Los Angeles). The computer on which my Folio copy was sitting died, and I need to get access to the copy I've put on my new computer. Is it necessary for me to make a phone call to do this?
