You are allowed to move around the .NFO file or defragment the disk. The only thing what you must not do is to move .LDF file to another directory, once you have successfully entered the password. So if you re-install Windows, do not delete C:\WINDOWS\VEDABASE.LDF and of course do not delete the directory C:\WINDOWS.
