Bhakti Vikasa Swami wrote in "Brahmacarya in KC"(p.42):"Retention of

semen is so essential in progressive human life that it is simply astounding

how the whole endeavour of modern civilization is based on discharging it as

much as possible. Semen retained in the body goes upwards to nurish the

brain, rendering the body robust, and memory and intelect incredibly sharp.

Determination, optimism, confidence, willpower, fixed intelligence, noble

character, photographic memory and shining good health are all fruits of

conserved semen."

Could you give me some citations from scriptures about it for preaching

to scientists and scientificly oriented people who wants prooves from the

holy scriptures directly in connection with it. Personally,I beleive in

that, but I would like also to have citations from sastras. Thank you very

much!

Bhakti Vikasa Maharaj also answered me there is a modern scientific book

on celibacy that quite a few devotees have on disk. Can you help me to find

it somehow?
