Guest guest Posted January 29, 1999 Report Share Posted January 29, 1999 There are some yogic asanas for raising the semen to the head like Shirasana, Sarvangasana etc. But it is found that if one has no spiritual sublimation of the semen i.e. ojas shakti which makes the face effulgent, then just by doing these asanas the artificially raised semen comes out faster.
