Dear Radhay Shyam prabhu, Pamho.AgtSP. The rough copy attached file is very interesting and inspiring. However, i have one question. First of all, the above mentioned 'forbidden food' or 'Food that should be avoided' are being served in the temple. Secondly I don't find anything wrong in these items. The tip for a good health is to eat food in 'moderation', be it sweets or bitter gourd (karela). As the saying goes'Excess of Everything is Bad'. I may be corrected if i am wrong.
