Also there are so many messages coming in on this thread which may not exactly pertain to Brahmacharya. I don't know if others members of the Brahmacharya conf share my view but I would request the interested individual receivers of this thread to furthur discuss it among themselves if they so desire either individually or in some other conference but remove the Brahmacharya conference from this thread. The basic sastric facts are the same but the presentation differs according to personality and realization. As Shyamasundara Prabhu has agreed, the scriptural references you provided in an earlier text do not support the conclusion: "It is crystal clear in the sastra that women have varna." It appears you may have modified your view in the course of this discussion. If so, please restate your conclusion, otherwise we will assume it remains as above.
