Did he really established it, or the devotees just started by their own...?

What about new comers? Some of them think weird to use kaupinas. Is it not a

against the principle of preaching? Some new comers may not participate in

the "Bhakta Program" just because they do not want to wear kaupinas. These

kind of new comers should lose the opportunity to be trained and engaged in

devotional service?

Let me put it in another way. Should new comers accept the use of kaupinas,

or should we reject them, due to their inability to use them?
