Hi I am introducing myself. I am new to the group and I am new to

Kundalini Yoga however I feel like I have a need for this in my life.

To give you a little history about myself, I would like to start with

the fact that I have a thing called Graves Disease. No one recommended

to me Kundalini or any other kind of yoga during my time with the

subject, well four eye surgeries later and changing my dose of

synthroid ever other couple of months. I thought I would give it a

shot and ask upon you all if you if you could help me in anyway you

know possible..Where do I begin after this email? Thanks in advance.

Sat Nam "wishalot"

Graves' Disease is a type of autoimmune disease that causes over-activity of

the thyroid gland, a part of the body in a destructive mode.

There have been so many healing mantras on this site and you could refer to

these as well as those affecting the immune system.

You can go to Yogatech to find books , tapes etc on beginning Yoga and keep

reading what is said on this site.

I wish you good fortune in getting this condition under reasonable control.

Lovingly

Teresa
