A Mayapur Gaura Purnima festival brochure has printed recently. This has all the updated latest information about the festival. Celebrating 519th Anniversary of the Appearance Day of Sri Gauranga - Mahaprabhu ---------- This historical festival in Mayapur will bring thousands of devotees from around the world to take association from hundreds of Srila Prabhupada’s own disciples, and to relish the sweet pastimes of Srila Prabhupada at this time of celebration of so many glorious events. This is another example of the mercy of Their Lordships Sri Panca-tattva, who have manifested at Mayapur in Their magnificent 7ft deity form. By now everyone has heard and seen of these wondrous pastimes of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and His eternal associates. This is the place where Lord Gauranga manifested His love for Krishna in separation. ISKCON has built a very nice temple there with deities of Radha-Krishna and Lord Gauranga. There is also a footprint of Krishna. It is a very beautiful location set upon a small hill overlooking Sri Ganga-devi. There will be a grand festival with the participation of devotees from all over the world. The day after Gaura Purnima, devotees will proceed to Kanai Natshala by bus. On the way we will stop at Ekacakra dhama and Ramakeli. At Ramakeli devotees can take darshan of Radha Madan Mohan, the deities of Sanatana Goswami and the place where he was kept under arrest by Nawab Hussain Shah. There is also footprint of Gauranga. The schedule is as follows: March 26 Stay at Ekachakra March 27 Visit Ramakeli and reach Kanai Natshala March 28 Kanai Natshala festival Three days parikrama and Kanai Natshala festival fee - $30 This fee covers prasadam, bus transportation, and simple accommodation. Only limited devotees can be registered. Please register as soon as possible.
