Guest guest
Dear Prabhus, PAMO.AGTSP. >From your message: > But we both have not so much expierence in cooking for so many. Cooking is not difficult, but you have to have some "feeling" for what you are doing. Experience is just that...'experience'. Meaning, YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE. If you don't have anybody to actually show you how, you have to try and err until you know what you're doing. I would suggest for you to experiment with small quantity following some recipes. Rastrapalika dd gave you the best advice: make it light and simple. Don't be afraid to make mistake, continue to experiment, sooner than you think you'll be expert cooks. Plus your love and devotion is the best ingredient, so be confident, pick up a book and start cooking. I would recommend "Food for Peace" by Rambhouru dd, it's a very nice book for beginners, the recipes are very simple and easy to follow. Kurma Prabhu's books are very definitely very inspiring, so you have plenty to start from. Go ahead try, you will find the cook in you.
