After reading the book ‘The Higher Taste’, one person wrote,

 

“Hard Italian Cheese, Mozarella etc. mentioned in the book are not strictly

vegetarian. In the process of making these cheese, to curdle the cow’s milk

RENIN is used in large quantities. Renin comes out of freshly slaughtered

claf’s intestines”.

 

Do devotees in the West use these cheese? How do they manage to get 100%

vegetarian cheese?
