Guest guest Posted March 15, 1999 Report Share Posted March 15, 1999 After reading the book ‘The Higher Taste’, one person wrote, “Hard Italian Cheese, Mozarella etc. mentioned in the book are not strictly vegetarian. In the process of making these cheese, to curdle the cow’s milk RENIN is used in large quantities. Renin comes out of freshly slaughtered claf’s intestines”. Do devotees in the West use these cheese?
