It could be Misthi dahi, a thick, puddinglike milksweet, made from cooked down milk and yoghurt, or one of the classical bangali milk puddings. Check for yourself Adirajas cookbook, page 257 for Mister Dahi (a joke) and Jamunas cookbook, chapter about classic milkpuddings, page 647. Good luck to you.
