My name is Jayananda dasa, I'm a book distributor that somehow got nominated

to cook for the annual Nrsimha Caturdasi festival in Germany. I have

experience cooking smaller Sunday feasts and stuff, but no experience

cooking for large amounts (like 300 people).

 

Could somebody please tell me, if I want to feed 300 people, how many liters

of each of the following prep I should make:

2 subjis

rice

dal

chutney

drink

and a sweet
