Guest guest
This recipe is from Bhaktin Varsha.S.Narang ----------- Dear devotees Hare Krsna! PAMHO! AGTSP! Recipe for Suji Ladoos(25) ---------------------- 2 cups of suji 1 cup of sugar(powdered) 4 peices of cardamom(powdered) 4 tea spoon cut cashewnuts and raisins 1/2 cup Milk 1/2 scraped dry coconut(optional) Method Take a pan and put ghee into it. Fry cashewnuts till it is light pink in colour. Remove and keep aside. Add in the same ghee pan suji and fry until light pink(on sim flame) for about 15 minutes. Add sugar powder, cardamom powder, fried cashewnuts, raisins and add half cup of scraped dry coconut. Remove from the pan. Add half cup of milk in the mixture and mix it. Let it cool for some time and make small balls of it. Twenty five ladoos are ready to offer and serve. Very easy to make and takes only 30 minutes. It can also be preserved for 15 to 2o days. This contains less calorie than other ladoos and very helpful for travelling. Very wholesome, most nourishing and extremely tasty if offered with devotion to Lord Krsna. Yours in service to ISKCON Bhaktin Varsha (Bangalore congregation)
