Dear Carsani prabhu,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

My sister gave me a great idea for a snack bar recently. She saw it in

a health food store, and it was so expensive, so she bought her own

ingredients and made it herself. It was really very delicious.

She used about 1/2 to 1/4 cup of

dried cranberries

pumpkin seeds

walnuts

blanched, sliced almonds

pecans

and enough honey to bring it all together.

 

We also buy the Rama Bars, made by Bhakti Caru Swami disciples here. They

have so many nice varieties. Their number is 800 440-6476

The Cashew Almond bar and Healthy Hazel & Macadamia are quite good.
