Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

 

I do not have one of the recipes that you are interested in, but I have a

really helpful tip on making curd that I wish I'd have learned a long time

ago. Put 1/2 inch of water in the pan and then add the milk. Turn the

flame on as high as you want, but don't stir it at all until it boils and

you are adding the curdling agent. I was skeptical when I first heard this,

but I have done it hundreds of times, using a thin bottom pot even, and it

has worked every single time. See for yourself.
