Guest guest
Haribol Jatilaji, Pamho.Agtsp. I know one recepy from bengali devotees from our temple. They rinse tapioca with water in bowl, then you fry separately different vegetables (koliflower, brocoli, carrot, potatos, etc). Make chons only with cumin seeds, fresh ginger, chilli (ekadasi) on little ghi or oil and then add the tapioca and fried vegetables. You can also add cut tomatos and little bit salt, some fried nuts are also very good to add.Mix all together. Another recepy for salty tapioca pakoras - you again rinse tapioca, leave for at least 10 minutes stand, boil potatos, mash them and mix with tapioca, fresh ginger, chilli, fried nuts (peanuts, kesu nuts, raisins), salt, little sugar and mix everything. Then make small pancakes and fry. Hare Krishna, y.s. Iccha dhari d.d.
