Bh Florian Pamho, well this one is quite simple I'm not sure whether its rarely known: perhaps not as its from Kurma das Prabhu's book hazlenut and carob fudge. The beauty about this recipie is 1. the day I made it, I was in anxiety as I had no ingrediants to cook with, and a very small frypan(electric 2 litres) and we had cell preaching just few hours away so I had to hurry. All I had was ghee, powdered milk, sugar and fresh milk. Just follow the recipie step by step I had to half all the ingrediants: oh, I dont have the book with me but if you dont have the book, I'll send it if youre interested. Happy cooking and distributing prasadam! ys sdd > PAMHO AGTSP > > This is a quasi-Vedic, quick version of misthi-dahi: > > > Combine: > > 2 parts whole-milk yogurt or sour cream (or a combination of the two) > 1 part Sucanat or crushed gur. > > Stir and allow the sweetener to dissolve, the chill well before serving. > > I don't know anyone who has tasted this and not loved it.
