Guest guest
Here's one. I made it yesterday for the evening offering. It came out well. It's called 1-2-3-4 cake. 1 cup - suji 2 cups - ghee 3 cups - milk 4 cups - sugar (3 and a half 1/2 is actually sufficient.) Mix everything together and stir till it is semi solid - like a cake batter. and just beginning to darken in colour (I don't know to explain the consistency in English. I am sure you wouldn't mind learning from a mistake) pour it into a greased plate and allow to cool. Cut it while it is still warm. It is a very nice sweet not too hard nor too soft. Sorry for the inefficiency in giving the recipe. But try it in a small quantity and test. Do let me know of your success. ys Tarini Radha dd.
