I found it...1/4 of liquid for 1 1/2 tablespoon of agar agar. You will have

to try it on different liquids (water, milk, juice etc.), and see if this

apply to all.

You should also know that agar agar looks like gelatine but it does have the

same consistency. Gelatine will melt in your mouth, while agar agar will

feel like a gum drop (the gelatine candy). Like I said before, my choice

goes to fruit pectin, which feel just like gelatine.
