Guest guest
Dear prabhus, PAMHO. AGTSP. Does anyone know the recipe (technique) for "Nakaldana". It is made of roasted peanuts coated with sugar syrup. We've tried many times but didn't get the desirable result. Please excuse me if I've posted this message in the wrong place. The following is a similar recipe which turns out nicely; Ingredients; equal weight of peanuts and gore (jaggery). Method; roast the nuts in the oven. Take off the skins. Blend them for a short time in a moulinex so that they are large pieces. Melt the gore in a pan. When the gore is liquid add the nuts. Mix, put into tray (thin layer). After some time, before the mixture sets, cut it up. Don't wait until it sets otherwise you may break your knife! Offer to Krsna. Y.s.Dp.d.
