If it is tomatoe paste you have to cook it to get rid of that "pasty taste".

As far as fresh tomatoes, I have seen both - cooked slightly and cooked a

lot. I have also lived long periods of time in Italy and have concluded that

different regions use different methods of cooking the sauce.

oh my Krishna !...that explains it...I must of been Italian in a past life

'cause I'm from Australia and worked out there's no need to cook tomato

paste sauce !!...

here's some more pizza aparadha's one should remember....

....never talk whilst holding a bit of pizza wasting precious time to get

more pizza in your mouth !!...

....never think about the future when eating pizza and the possible

ramifications of eating all that oil and fat and the possible chance you'll

get gall stones or some other hideous ailment !!......

hari bol prabhus my wifes name is mata saci devi and she just gave us

ekadasee pizza instead of flour she boils yuca smashed like potatoes and used

like the pizza crust ,she also makes ekadasee lasagna
