Sugar coated popcorn

PAMHO, actually, I am German and we grew up with this sweet popcorn, it

took me years to get used to the salty one...

Anyways, this is how you can do it: the proffessionals make it in a special

maskin, you just heat up the oil (sunflower is good, ghee as well) and

melt the sugar, then you add the corn, put on the lid and let it pop.

Take sugar of your choice, I never tried with gur, since the taste is

too strong.

Good luck, and make sure, you do not burn the sugar.
