This is a recipe I sent a while ago to bhakta James. I hope is helpful. The

recipe will need to be doubled, or tripled to serve 20.

> 100 gms of rice

> 1 litre milk

> 1 tin of condensed milk

> chopped nuts, raisins, cardamom powder (optional)

> Wash rice and cook in milk on a slow fire, untill the rice is soft. Add

> the condensed milk, cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

> Remove from fire.

> Add nuts, raisins, cardamom powder.

> This will take approximately 30 minutes, and will serve about 8 people.
