You can buy Self Raising flour here in Canada but I do have a recipe for it, here it is: To make a moderate quantity to keep on hand, start with 9 cups of unbleached all purpose white flour. Blend in 1 Tablespoon salt and 5 Tablespoons of double acting baking powder. Keep in airtight container . To make one cup of self raising flour add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt to 1 cup of all purpose unbleached white flour. Hope this helps!
