hari bol mataji first step peel the yuca, then boil it until soft and tender ,

smashed like a soft dough.Place in to your pizza tray, better if you use the

round ones with wholes all over to make the crust crispy, bake it on 400

untill golden brown , take it out add your tomatoe sauce, cheese, and if you

want more toppings , then put it back in the oven until cheese is melted,

offer to Our Dear Lord Sri Krsna and hari hari bol EKADASI LASAGNA

mashed potatoes use a rectangular tray cover the bottom with an even layer of

mashesd potatoes then add your tomato sauce with a layer of spinach, actually

mix the spinach with the tomato sauce then add a layer of cheese now you need

another layer of an even mashed potato covering all the cheese, be gentle so

the potato do not get mixed with the cheese now comes the other layer of

tomato sauce and spinach and finally a topping of cheese , put it in the oven

on 350 until cheese is melted, let it cool off for a while. Add a nice salad

to this nice meal all glories to Ekadasi hari hari bol ! your servant Mata
