Some devotees do not care about whether the cheese is vegetarian or not, Others buy only the ones with an green V on the label which stands for vegetarian or the label indicates that microbiological lab rennet is used. Health shops usually have a good variety of (mostly dutch) veg. cheeses. Some cheeses are coagulated without rennet just with milk acid bacteria.
