recipies for coconut or some other kind of cookies

This is a recipe I got from Kurma Caitanya Prabhu, a fantastic sweet-maker.

He resides in Mayapur.

 

 

COCONUT COOKIES

 

1/2 cup butter

1 cup castor sugar

1 tsp yoghurt

 

Mix above ingredients till light and fluffy. Then add:

 

1 1/2 cup dess. coconut

1 cup flour

 

Add little milk if required. Roll into balls. Dip in extra sugar. Put on

greased baking trays and flatten. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
