They were made from buckwheat flour and I had a hard time telling the difference.Here's the recipe. 1 cup of buckwheat flour 1 Tbs of oil/ghee pinch of salt roll like puris but dust like capatis (they stick to the oil) Fry like puris. offer to the Lord and honor the remnants.
