Guest guest
OK here is one though you will need pure potato flour(starch)-farina to prepare it. Take 500 ml milk, add 100 gramms butter and heat it until it's boiling. Meanwhile mix in a large bowl or even better in a doughmachine 500 gramms of potato flour with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. While the milk-butter mixture is on frothy boil pour it over the flour-salt mixture and knead it quickly. Now that's why a machine is better than hand, you can burn yourself easily if you're not careful. Knead it several more times and then make normal size rolls on a greased tray and put them in hot oven (200 celsius) for 15-20 minutes or until they are nice and golden. They tend to look weird but taste quite nice when eaten fresh with butter. Good luck with it. ys Gokulananda das
