You need a milk separator machine. It is not big, maybe 10 kg weight, and

works on principle of fast rotation which separates milk from cream.

I don't know if you buy such a device for household needs in your country

but here we use them in some places. I remember that in my childhood my

mother was using it every morning. It was purely hand driven device although

I have seen some with electric motors nowadays.
