Guest guest
Hare Krishna, PAMHO, AGTSP. I live in Croatia, in Osijek, near border to Hungary. What we call here "langosh" is something like bread. You make a soft dhough, like for the bread, cut it in small pieces, and roll it out about the size of LP record, than frie it in oil until is golden brown. On the surface of langosh you can put the marmelade, grate the cheese, or simply put the sour cream on it. It taste specially good when is warm. It is like puri but bigger. It is named "langosh" because it comes from Hungary. Maybe someone from Hungary have the recipe? y.s. bh Rudolf
