Yes, langosh is quite delicious in the ways Bhakta Rudi prabhu described it.

My granny used to make it for lunch, and the secret is that the dough has to

be really soft. The dough itself is just normal bread dough taking 1kg plain

flour adding 2 teaspoons salt, 50 gramms(2oz) yeast, 2-3 tablespoons of oil,

sprinkle of sugar and using tepid water making a soft and I would dare to

say even a bit sticky dough and then you really need to knead it thoroughly

leaving it to rise once. Then you take enough two make 2-3 good size puris

roll it out and slip it into hot oil. Fry it for just a brief time so that

it doesn't become too crispy. This amount would make enough langosh for 4-6

hungry devotees with some nice soup and a salad.

And serve it with any topping suggested.
