> Recipe for 1l Glas

>

> 1 teespoon yellow mustard seeds

> 1,5 tsp salt

> 1 tsp sugar

> 8 whole black Pepper

> 4 whole Pimento

> 1 small Bayleaf

> few pieces of fresh Horseradish

> dill (one uses older dill, which is big and thick and which already has

> green seeds)

> Please notice that this recipe is meant for 1l glas. So what you do is,

> you take a glas and wash it very good, then you have to sterilize it by

> cooking it in boiling water for one minute. Or if you know some other

> method, just make sure it is very clean. Then you put in the bottom of the

> glas the spices, salt and sugar and some twigs of dill. Put the cucumbers

> in it, so there are filling the glas, leaving 1 cm free from the top of

> the glas so that they can be nicely cover by water. On top you can put

> again some dill twigs. Then you pour boiled (but it doesn´t have to be

> boiling, it is enough that the water is hot) water over the cucumbers, so

> that they are covered by water. Close it.

>

> They are ready after about 6 weeks. They can keep until May the following

> year.

> I hope you will have some fun doing it.
