Devanagari + Diacritics Shell program?

I am now trying to publish Japanese version of Srimad Bhagavatam and I heard

from my Guru Maharaja, Kavicandra Swami, that there was a Srimad Bhagavatam

shell program available somewhere. I heard that Devanagari and diacritics

were already done in the program.

 

Could you kindly tell me where I can get it?
