Do I just have a childish mentality, or it is karma? > If the adult devotee had a normal childhood then he can engage in devotional service without any mental problems, even if he is not 'loved' by others. After all, we are loved by Krsna and every sincere devotee can feel that. If one is only interested in being loved by devotees then that person will have many problems which may not be overcome. But if we understand that we are always loved by Krsna and that He is our real protector, then we will have no difficulties in devotional life. > One devotee told me that others cannot love me because I don't love > myself, I don't except myself. Could you please explain this? > Ask that devotee what they meant. Everyone loves himself the most. This is normal. If one has no real love for himself then he is usually somewhat desperate in life. > Your servant, Mangala dd
