In that case one should just go on chanting and hearing with great attention, and pray to Krsna that He reveals to you the cause of your problems and gives you some clue as to how to get free from your problems. Pray to the Lord that He will enlighten you within the heart. There is always hope that your chanting will get better, but it will take a long time if you continue to commit offenses.
