Every devotee has something to offer the other devotees. It is

important to hear the realizations of the other devotees so that you

will simultaneously learn something from them and develop an

appreciation for them. If you only are concerned about your own

spiritual master and do not develop appreciation for the other

vaisnavas, you will remain a neophyte.

And at the same time, try to get the devotees in the temple to learn

the philosophy better so the classes are better.
