Guest guest
The almighty guru (Indian tale) A disciple had such an absolute and unshakable faith in his guru that he was able to climb the highest mountain peaks and cross rivers by walking on the water simply by repeating his guru's name over and over again. One day the guru saw his disciple walking across a river, and he started to think: " My name is in fact all-powerful. I acquired the strength of the universe." The next day, he rushed to walk across a deep river, simply shouting: "Me! me!" And he drowned, because he did not know how to swim. The angry void (japanese tale) A famous japanese swordman, a zen adept, came one day to see Master Dokuon, and told him in a triumphant way that only the void exists and that there is no difference between "I" and "you". The zen master listened to him for a while, then he took his pipe and struck the swordman very hard on the head. The man jumped to his feet right away, grabbed his sword, and was threatening the monk. - So, said the zen master very calmly, the void gets angry very quickly. No miracles Aman was going everywhere pretending to be a prophet and that he could accomplish miracles. A merchant got exasperated to hear him brag like that, so he called him over and told him: - Open this door without the key. - Did I pretend to be a locksmith?
