Guest guest Posted January 1, 1999 Report Share Posted January 1, 1999 Pakistani Air Force (PAF) was faced with great dilema ever since their MES (Military Engineering Services) corps went into a 4 month long strike last July asking for wage hike. So the authorities at PAF invited some Aircraft Maintainence Engineers (AME) from Khalistani Air Force (KAF). After a 10 day job, the KAF engineers returned back to base at submitted a report to the Khalistani Akali Dal (KAD) chief - Bhai Jatt Banta Singh. Some highlights: Problem: "Left inside main tire almost needs replacement." Solution: "Almost replaced left inside main tire." Problem: "Something loose in cockpit." Solution: "Something tightened in cockpit." Problem: "Evidence of hydraulic leak on right main landing gear." Solution: "Evidence removed." Problem: "IFF inoperative." Solution: "IFF inoperative in OFF mode." Problem: "Friction locks cause throttle levers to stick." Solution: "That's what they're there for." Problem: "Number three engine missing." Solution: "Engine found on right wing after brief search." Problem: "DME volume unbelievably loud." Solution: "Volume set to more believable level." Problem: "Dead bugs on windshield."
