A policeman was sitting in his car, when he saw a car going 22 mph, so he

pulled them over. Inside the car were Sri, Ava, Adi, & Bal who just came to USA

on a "preaching tour". Two in the front two in the back. The cop said, "Do you

realize you were only going 22 mph?"

 

Sri, who was driving, said, "Isn't that the speed limit around here? That's

what the sign said."

 

Amused, the policeman replied, "No, Sir, you must have been looking at the

route number."

 

Sri said, "Oh. I feel so stupid."

 

Glancing at the back seat, the cop asked, "What's with the guys in the back?

They look a little shaken."

 

Sri replied, "Oh, we just got off route 119."
