How come? because it is tomato paste? Unless I have absolutely no choice, no

other way (including avoiding cooking pizza altogether), I would never use

tomato paste.

I have never seen anybody in Italy cooking the tomato sauce that goes on the

pizza. I am Italian, born and raised (on pizza of course), in Rome Italy. I

never cook it, you should try it out and taste the difference.
