How to download encrypted files in conferences?

I installed pgp263i.exe on my computer. While uploading the messages go as

pgp because I have kept that option on. But I still cannot download

encrypted files in the WSN and Books are the Basis conference. There is an

error that these files can be downloaded encrypted only. I have also kept

the option as download all files encrypted.

What do I have to do? Please help.
