Help--GBC resolutions in Folio format / any searchable format??

Hare Krishna Prabhus.

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

 

Is the GBC resolutions (all previous years) available in a searchable

Folio format or in any other easy to search format?

 

If yes, how and where from do I get a copy of that?

 

Also what is (tools & procedure) involved in ourselves making a

searchable file from .TXT or .DOC files available from ISKCON resource

centre on the web?

 

Any help will be appreciated.
