changing unread counter for conferences one is a member of

Is there a way to change the unread counter for conferences that one is a

member of. Or is there a way to recieve all texts to conferences that were

sent after a certain date. I know there is a command to do that conference

by conference but that is very tedious when one has to remember or lookup

which conference he is a member of and go through the process for each

conference.

 

I was at an airport and downloaded all mail to a floppy that then decided,

in good floppy tradition, to turn belly up. So now all texts in conferences

are lost.
